Entertainer        Composer    Comic Impressionist

For a full 57 years Billy Fellows has enjoyed an amazingly well-rounded career as a professional entertainer and writer.

It began in the early 50’s when he performed a very unique pantomime act. Billy was the first person to develop the use of live music played over recorded tracks, a practice that is widely used in today’s entertainment world. In less than four years he was headlining at New York’s famous Latin Quarter.

This lead to appearances on the Ed Sullivan Show and the grand opening of the Riviera Hotel, Las Vegas in 1957. A major motion picture followed with Frank Sinatra, Tony Curtis and Natalie Wood. From there, Billy went on to play in every major venue in the U.S. and Europe.

During this time he was also opening and writing for some of the great legends of entertainment: Edith Piaf, Sophie Tucker, Sammy Davis Jr., Arthur Godfrey, Carmen MCRae, Billy Eckstine and many more.

Swept up in the music of the 60’s, he formed his own band and continued to perform in all of the major Las Vegas lounges and the hotels of New York and Miami Beach.

From 1975 to 1984 he made appearances on more than

100 network television shows, including the Mike Douglas

Show, the Merv Griffin Show, the Tonight Show

and his own TV Special “First Impressions” while also

recording for MGM Records.

The cruise industry opened up new opportunities for Billy

in 1979, and during the 80’s he divided his time between

Atlantic City showrooms and cruising, performing as opening act for John Davidson, Vicki Carr and Dionne Warwick. In 1991 Billy became a full time Cruise Line Headliner, where he remains to this day . . . happy, fulfilled and complete, knowing that his 57 years in show business were well spent.

Billy Fellows has covered all of the bases: writer, composer, and entertainer appearing on television, radio and recordings. After 57 years he still has a full dance card: corporate

appearances, major cruise lines and a pending Broadway Show as a totally original artist.
